Brooks 181 is part of the Brooks Experience, located in the Kumaon hills. The project takes its name from the panoramic Himalayan views available from the site, which extends beyond the standard 180-degree range. The houses are arranged along a circular perimeter so that views are accessible from both levels of each residence, rather than from a single side. The site uses stepped terrace landscaping to work with the natural slope of the hillside.
