Spread across 50 acres, Modi University is a full campus masterplan comprising academic blocks, hostels, a sports field, and landscaped courtyards arranged around a central green spine. Individual buildings combine exposed brick, concrete, and glazing, with cantilevered roof overhangs and perforated screens giving each block a distinct identity while staying consistent with the campus's overall material language. The scale of the plan reflects a self-contained university township rather than a single building.
