Hill Spring is a large school campus to be built almost entirely in exposed brick, with a stepped, terraced form that creates planted balconies and green terraces across multiple floors. A central courtyard, framed by tall trees and layered brick walkways, gives the campus a shared outdoor heart, while a clock tower anchors one corner of the site. Designed on a 10 acre campus, Hill Spring is a residential school hosting hostels, faculty residences and academic blocks that are articulated around areas meant for activities.
