B-31 is a contemporary South Delhi residence organised around a central courtyard, with layered volumes unfolding around it. A distinctive palette of exposed concrete, dark granite, rich timber, glass and textured surfaces gives the home a bold, earthy character. The interplay of raw, earthy materials with carefully framed openings brings nature into the home, creating a seamless connection between the interiors, the courtyard, and the surrounding greenery. This project is widely published in Society Interiors and Architectural Digest, and received Best Interior Award by IIID.
