Brooks Cocoon is located in Ranikhet, surrounded by pine groves and woodland. The design is based on the idea of a cocoon and is built as a cluster of pods, with each pod assigned a specific function. Together, the pods form a connected set of spaces that still feel individual and private. The project focuses on sustainable technology and low environmental impact, with construction planned to minimise disruption to the surrounding site. Brooks Cocoon reflects the values shared across Brooks properties: sustainability, comfort, art, and modern design.
