DAKS India I-12 is a 30,000 sq. ft. facility built for DAKS India Industries, an export house manufacturing bags, luxury packaging, backpacks, and home furnishings. The building uses an angular roof with a diamond-patterned glazed clerestory to bring daylight into the production floor. Inside, open work bays and a mezzanine level keep the layout organised and easy to navigate across floors.
